Is a 46 foot Beneteau Oceanis built in 2000. She is one of the most beautiful boats available for sailing charters on St. John or St. Thomas and is meticulously maintained to ensure your comfort and safety. Her long hull, designed by Bruce Farr and Associates, provides a very fast and relaxing sail. She is the perfect blend of speed and comfort that will guarantee a wonderful day for the whole family sailing on the beautiful tropical waters of the Caribbean Sea. She has a large comfortable cockpit with plenty of room to stretch out and an easy access transom equipped with a shower for when you return from swimming and snorkeling in the crystal clear turquoise waters of the USVI and the British Virgin Islands.

New Cruising Grounds

Bread On The Water is now expanding her cruising grounds! We will now be spending the summer months chartering on the Chesapeake Bay. These are our home waters where we learned to sail over 45 years ago! So naturally, the Chesapeake Bay holds a special place in our hearts. While we love the Caribbean and especially the beautiful turquoise waters of St. John, we also love every nook and cranny of the Chesapeake Bay. There is nothing more special for us than sailing over to the eastern shore for some great Maryland seafood, especially the Blue Crabs!

In addition to normal day sailing charters, we will also be offering overnight accommodations for up to two couples. Think of Bread On The Water as your private floating B&B. We are also available for special charters:
